Merriam-Webster Dictionary<http://www.m-w.com/home.htm> -- includes sound for pronunciation, inflected word forms and related word forms (adj, n, v), as well as the date of first occurrence! A basic, but complete online English dictionary and thesaurus; includes Word of the Day, Word for the Wise, Word Game of the Day, Words from the Lighter Side.

Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English Online (LDOCE) <http://pewebdic2.cw.idm.fr/> -- for English language learners specifically; includes sound for pronunciation in British and American English, IPA in British and American English, countable/non-countable, levels of formality and politeness;  idiomatic expressions--some with pronunciation (British English and American English, depending on usage), sample sentences with pronunciation, sentence usage notes (e.g. determine how/whether/what, etc.)

Web Concordancer (English) <http://vlc.polyu.edu.hk/concordance/WWWConcappE.htm> -- Use this to see how the word or phrase is used in context (with which other words --lexical collocation -- and with what kinds of grammatical structures -- grammatical collocation) and .  In the "Select corpus" box, choose Brown Corpus.
